The next thing to consider are your customers. You must know
what kind of customers/ clients you intend to attract. You must also know where
these people are located so it is easy for you to bring them to your fold. Make
sure you have very great plans for them and take them as one of the most
important part of your business cos they can either make or mar your business.
3. Staff Structure
Even though you don’t take this all that seriously, it is
important and necessary that you put it in your head. You should know how many
people you will want to work for you. At the start, you might be considering a
little number but have in mind that as your business continues to expand, you
have to make plans for more staff. The staff structure will determine your
progress and will help you know what part of your business needs strengthening.
At this moment you are also thinking of what kind of people you want working
for you because they must be serious minded and people interested in your
business growth.
4. Department
Forming departments and dissipating assignments will be an
intelligent next move you are to make. Create departments that your business
need to succeed. Every department you create should have a role to play in your
business and should be fully functional.
5. Timing And Schedule
Know how often you will be working. How do you intend to
work- your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly schedule. Prepare a work table
that will enable you stick to your work plan. Know that your work table is
subject to change as business progresses so be ready for changes. You can’t
keep working with the same schedule as when you first started business.
